LogicFrame is the governed memory and decision layer for the AI agent economy. We exist so that AI can be put to work in the places where being wrong, or being unaccountable, is not an option.

Models reason. They do not remember, they do not coordinate, and they cannot prove what they did. LogicFrame builds the layer that closes that gap, persistent, governed memory and the decision intelligence on top of it, so organizations can deploy AI with confidence instead of hope.

Why we exist

The gap we kept
seeing everywhere.

Every team deploying AI ran into the same wall. The systems were impressive in the moment and lost everything the next. They could not carry what they learned across sessions, could not safely hand work to one another, and could not produce a record of what they did or why.

A smarter model does not fix that. What was missing was infrastructure: a shared, governed memory that AI systems could trust, and an account of their actions that would hold up under scrutiny. So we built it, and we built it to work not just in the cloud, but in the hardest, most locked-down environments there are.

C. Edward Creed is the founder and chief executive officer of LogicFrame. A lifelong entrepreneur who has founded and built companies before, he started LogicFrame after seeing the same gap appear everywhere AI was being deployed: systems that were impressive in the moment and lost everything the next, with no memory and no way to account for what they did.

His instinct for systems that have to be trusted is shaped in part by a background in aviation, a world where precision and accountability are not optional. He has spent his career drawn to hard technical problems, and a governed memory for AI is the one he believes matters most right now.

LogicFrame is the answer he wanted to exist: a memory and decision layer that lets AI remember, share what it knows under control, and prove every action it takes.
